Klosters
Although Klosters has been associated with the jet-set, film stars and even royalty, it still remains a typical, friendly, Swiss village, with picturesque chalets and horse-drawn sleighs.
Klosters Platz is the main community and is centred around the railway station and the Gotschna cablecar, which gives access to the Parsenn. Klosters Dorf is a quiet hamlet at the bottom of the Madrisa lift system. The two parts of the resort are connected by a regular bus service. Trains between Klosters and Davos are included with the lift pass. Apart from skiing, the village offers plenty of entertainment with skating, curling and ice-hockey.
