Courmayeur
Courmayeur is one of the oldest Italian alpine resorts and lies
at the bottom of a magnificent basin. The scenery is breathtaking
and skiing is excellent. Its trails are spectacular and has a certain
charm, which has justifiably earnt itself the name ‘The pearl
of the Alps’. From Courmayeur comes the fantastic opportunity
to ski on the slopes of Mont Blanc (4810m) the highest summit in
Europe! It has a charming village, some stylish shops and great
mountain restaurants.
