Bormio
Bormio
is close to the Swiss and Austrian borders making it possible to
also visit neighbouring resorts. Its slopes are high, narrow and
long and there are some great woodland runs. There are some good
nursery slopes great for beginners and there is plenty to keep intermediates
and experts occupied too. There are some good off piste trails and
cross-country runs and off the slopes there are thermal baths, riding,
a sports centre, swimming and an ice rink.
