Chalet Ellen in Morzine, France
Chalet Ellen is a pretty and traditional wooden chalet that can sleep up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Morzine, at the entrance to Montriond the chalet is a 4 minute bus ride to the Super Morzine lift. The chalet has good sized rooms and comfortable lounge areas as well as an open fire to create that lovely homely feel. The lower ground floor has a bunk room (Snowy Owl), bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a storage room for ski equipment. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is one twin bedroom (Polar Bear) with an ensuite bathroom (with bath) on this floor. This floor also has a seperate toilet.
The first floor has four twin bedrooms. Marmotte room has an ensuite shower and the remaining three twin rooms share another large bathroom (with bath and toilet) There is another seperate toilet on this floor and guests can also use the shower room on the lower ground floor. Two of the bedrooms (Wolf and Meercat) share a balcony, while Eagle has its own, all with stunning views.
Prices include catered board (buffet breakfast with hot option, afternoon tea and 3 course evening meal with wine) Our chalet staff have one day off when you can eat out at a local restaurant. Prices also include towels, bed linen and local tourist tax.
